Background

Albatross Villas offers properties for sale and rental on Portgual’s Silver Coast. The company began working with OMG Search in 2007.

Strategy

First, we took the time to get to know Albatross’ business – the area of Portugal where they operate and the type of people who are interested in renting or buying there. This pleased the client, who felt that their previous agency had been providing a ‘one size fits all’ search marketing solution.

Having got to grips with the business, we were able to identify effective keywords for both sides of the business: rental and sales.

Albatross were disappointed that their previous search agency didn’t seem to be using their budget as effectively as possible. When we took over, we reviewed the policy for creating backlinks and looked again at PPC scheduling. We then concentrated most PPC spend in the evening, when prospective Albatross clients tend to be online.

Results

Our PPC management delivered improvements across the board, with significant improvements in conversion rates, ROI and rental revenues.
